Save your Child from Tooth Decay
2) Teach your children the habit of brushing and flossing their teeth.
Train them to brush their teeth every after meal and before going to bed.
At nighttime, the mouth produces less saliva which promotes bacterial
build-up in the mouth. This increases the risk of child tooth decay. 3) Take your children to the dentist regularly. Make every visit to a dental office an experience to look forward for children. Check-up and examination prevents further development of tooth decay. 4) Watch your children’s diet. Keep tab on the frequency your children indulge on sugary or acidic food for this may increase their chances of getting tooth decay. Fruits and vegetables are basically good, however too much of good thing may also result to acidity; serve milk and cheese to neutralize their effect. Be instrumental in giving your children a brighter future by giving them a happy and confident smile. Stay happy and keep smiling. |
